About
I didn’t planon buildingan agency.
I started editing because I wanted to make music mashups for YouTube. One thing led to another, and eventually editing became a career, then a business, then a team.
How it went
The long version.
2020
Started editing
It began with mashup music videos for YouTube. I wanted them to look a certain way, which meant learning to edit. Curiosity about the process turned into freelance work faster than I expected.
Then
A thousand lyric videos
1,000+
Lyric videos became the thing I got known for. It was repetitive, and it was the best training I could have asked for — my first real experience of working with clients at volume, on deadlines, at a consistent standard.
Next
Widening the craft
Lyric videos led to broader editing, then content production, motion graphics and 2D animation. YouTube, short-form, ads, VSLs, vlogs, documentary-style work. Every format taught me something the last one couldn’t.
2024
Beyond Edits
At some point the interesting question stopped being “how do I make this video better?” and became “how do I build a team that consistently makes great work?”. That question turned into a company.
Today
Building the company, not the video
I spend most of my time on creative direction, hiring, training, quality and operations — and an increasing amount on AI and automation. I still open the timeline when something needs to be right.

What I’m aiming at
Build one of Bangladesh’s leading creative companies, and find out what an AI-native agency can actually become.
What I’m actually good at
Strengths, honestly.
Not a list of software. These are the things people come to me for.
Design taste
A strong sensitivity to visual quality, and a habit of noticing quickly when something feels wrong.
Creative direction
Turning ideas and feedback into a clear visual direction a team can execute.
Content strategy
Understanding how editing, structure and presentation change the way content performs.
Systems
Turning creative work into processes teams can repeat without losing quality.
Hiring & team building
Finding creative people, training them, and building teams that improve.
Client communication
Understanding what clients actually mean, and translating it into production decisions.
Problem solving
Turning messy ideas, projects and workflows into polished outcomes.
Building
Companies, teams, systems, automations and environments.
